BEYONDTECH SHIPPING POLICY
We are pleased to offer free shipping to the US for all orders over $50. We generally do not ship internationally, however, we sometimes do make exceptions. Tell us your story, and we will see what we can do. Please email email@example.com for more information.
- Delivery to all America.
All orders above $50 receive FREE SHIPPING. There is a standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) with a flat cost of US $4.75 for all other orders and an expedited delivery (2 days Shipping) for a flat US $12.75. It may take 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before 5 pm the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12am and 7am GMT, as it will already be in processing or shipped. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address.
- International Taxes and Duties
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, fees, local taxes and any other fees charged by your country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by email@example.com. We ship international packages DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs and for your to receive your package. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
- Use of PO Boxes or a third-party shipment service
We do not send to P.O Boxes. Beyontech, Inc. Is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once a third party is involved in the shipping process. A claim must be filed with the responsible carrier in order to receive a credit for lost or damaged products.
