In Beyondtech, we pride ourselves in not only designing and manufacturing top-notch Telecom solutions, but we are also able to distribute them globally. We have made sure to work with the best carriers to guarantee that any item that you have purchased from us arrives promptly to your destination.
If you live in the United States and you have made an order that exceeds $100, then we are delighted to inform you that your shipping will be free. And if you happen to be at a remote location and you are not really sure if we are able to deliver your order there, then feel free to reach out to us, explain your situation to us and we will do our best to make it possible.
- Multiple shipments for a single purchase
If your order contains several items, it is very likely that some of those items will be sent from different locations in separate packages to minimize delivery time. Receiving a few items earlier does not mean your order is incomplete; it means those items were shipped from a different warehouse, and the rest will arrive shortly.
- Inventory (+100K Pieces Ready to GO!)
To provide the best customer experience, we ensure that our inventory operates at optimal levels. Although some items may be out of stock at the time of your purchase, this situation is temporary. We work hard to replenish inventory, and if you need an item urgently, please reach out to us so we can find a solution for you.
Additionally, in some cases, manufacturing may be required, which can take a few days. Despite this, we will always fulfill our shipping promise, ensuring that your order arrives on time. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
- Delivery to all America
All orders above $100 receive FREE SHIPPING. Standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) is available at a flat cost of $8.99 for other orders, and expedited delivery (2-day shipping) is available for $19.99. Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you notice an error, please contact us before 5 pm the day of your order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address, but if the package is returned to us, we can ship it to the correct address.
- International Taxes and Duties
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, local taxes, and fees. These charges are paid to your local carrier or government, and we do not collect them. We ship international packages DDU ("duties and taxes unpaid").
- Use of PO Boxes or Third-Party Shipment Service
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Beyondtech, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once a third party is involved in the shipping process. In these cases, a claim must be filed with the carrier for a credit on lost or damaged products.
