Can I pick up my order in person?
Unfortunately, no. We do not have a physical storefront. Our Headquarters is only for meetings and appointments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We immediately start to process your order as soon as we receive payment for it. There isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once they’re submitted. If you need to make changes, please wait to receive your order, contact us so we can help you. We apologize for any inconvenience.
I forgot to apply my discount code, can I be reimbursed for the difference?
Please contact us at info@beyondtech.us we’ll see what we can do.
What If I need to speak to a real person?
We understand that and we're happy to chat. Give us a call at 844.2835266 - If you happen to get our voicemail, we'll call you back as soon as possible! We try to be available for all live customer inquiries, Monday to Friday between the hours of 10-6PM EST. And of course, you can always email info@beyondtech.us at any time of the day if that's easier.
What if I can not remember my password to log into the website?
If you forget your password, you can click on the "forgot your password", then enter your username (email), later received email for the new password. You can then use this new password to login and update your password in the personal archive section.
What can i do when I found something wrong in the webstore?
First, you must use the Snipping Tool to capture that image and then contact us through the live chat or email to info@beyondtech.us. Let's deal with the problem and let us give you a big thank you! for helping us getting a better store.
I have a Problem with a Digital Download (Resources and ebooks)
If you haven't received a download link following a free resource, please check the following before contacting us:
- Have you checked your spam folder?
- If you use Gmail, check your "Promotions" tab, as Gmail has been routing our download link emails to this section. Be sure to change the labeling in Gmail to ensure future deliveries. If not there, check archives (it may have skipped the inbox).
Payments
What Payments methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo, PayPal, Apple Pay and Beyondtech® Gift Cards.
We are working to support Amazon Payments and when available we will let you know.
Can I use a Debit Card?
Yes, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted.
Do you accept Paypal?
Yes, to use PayPal, select the logo at the checkout and follow the instructions to login via PayPal.
Apple Pay is available?
We are proud to offer Apple Pay to our store through Safari browsers on iOS and Mac. Search for the Apple Pay logo in the Check out website and follow the steps.
Why does my card shows two charges?
Sometimes credit/debit card statements contain two transactions, but this is only temporary. When a purchase is made, an authorization charge is placed on credit/debit cards which temporarily hold funds.
This is not actually a charge on your card. Once the order has been shipped, this authorization becomes an approval and charges your account. The authorization falls off under 72 hours from when you ordered.
For your security, we may pre-authorize $1 to verify your billing address and credit/debit card information. If successful, we’ll charge the full amount of your purchase (plus sales tax and shipping) once your order ships. If this $1 pre-authorization fails, we will not authorize your purchase. The $1 pre-authorization will drop off from your account within 2-3 business days.
Web Proxies or Risk Orders
If our purchasing department detect a risk level with your orders. we would require the following documents listed below (This could be for using a web proxy or using credit cards from other countries)
You will need to scan two documents to verify your identity. Don't crop, rotate, touch up, adjust colors, or alter the images in any way.
1. Your current, valid government-issued photo ID
This ID must include your picture, signature, name, date of birth, and address, except for passports, which don't need your address.
The image must be a color scan that shows your photo and required data clearly. The four edges of the ID card must be visible in the scanned image. If the expiration date is on the back of your photo ID, then you should send us a scan of the back of the card, as well.
Acceptable documents include passport, national ID card (NIC/CNIC), driver's license, NBI Clearance (Philippines only), tax ID, voter ID, postal ID, or any other valid government-issued photo ID that meets the criteria above. Even when issued by a government agency, we can't accept documents like student IDs, employee IDs, or library cards.
2. A recent billing statement
Your name and address must be visible.
The utility company or bank address information must be visible.
Your account may be a joint account, but your name must be on the account. Your address must match the location information you entered on Beyondtech. Your name must match both your Beyondtech account information and your government ID.
The dates on your scanned statement must be within six months of the date you upload them.
Acceptable documents include bank statements, credit card statements, utility bills, or any other monthly bill that meets the criteria above.
After we receive this we would clear the risk and your order would be shipped as soon as our department verify the information.
Domestic Shipping
All the items from the website are ready to ship?
No, when the website display the final price the product is ready to ship from one or be manufactured in our EU center in 24-48 hours. You can check the shipping options in the FAQ.
Shipping and Returns (Flat Rates)
Domestic shipping is free for orders over $50. First returns or exchange shipping is always free. For orders under $100, shipping is a $5 flat rate to anywhere within the continental U.S.
For those clients who need a faster shipping, we offer Priority Mail (2-3 days) for an $12.75 flat rate. For those in a hurry, we offer One Day Shipping Mail (1-day) for a $30 flat rate - overnight orders must be placed before 9:30AM EST to ship out that day.

To note, around holidays / holiday weekends, our order fulfillment times may be slightly delayed . Please always allow at least 24 hours for order processing before a package is officially shipped out.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Our Free Shipping is available through all orders over 50 USD. (Only Continental U.S.A.)
Can I ship my order to someone else?
Orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a new shipping address.
Why did I received only a part of my order
We work with various Fulfillment centers that are across America. Some times, not all your items are available in the same warehouse. So, if you received only a part of your items you would receive the other part in a couple of hours.
How is your Logistic Schedule?
Our Shipping page states that we operate our shipping service relative to the delivery method you select. If you select second-day delivery on order request, we will get the item picked, packed, and shipped to arrive no later than two days after you have submitted the purchase directly through our website.
This may mean Beyondtech uses a variety of different shipping services to meet the deadline, but we do meet or exceed it. The cutoff time for order delivery is by 1 p.m. ET. Eastern Time - (United States of America).
My items arrived damaged. What should I do?
We pack our items in sturdy damage-resistant bags, and then strong carton box, but on occasion mail couriers do manage to completely destroy them. If you’ve received an item that has sadly suffered a cruel death en route to you, please email us a clear picture of the damage at info@beyondtech.us within 15 days of receiving it and we’ll send out a replacement forthwith.
Can I become a reseller or use your product for dropshipping?
Of course! We can even use a private label and use your packing list, if so desired. Contact us at info@beyondtech.us
How to provide my Tax-Exemption Certificate?
In order to fully activate your account and receive your full account benefits with Beyondtech, we ask that you provide your tax-exemption or reseller certificate.
If your state does not assess sales/use tax, please provide a copy of a business licenses.
If you do not have a Beyondtech account, please create an account so that we can connect your tax-exemption status to your Account.

International Orders
Do you do International shipping?
Yes - we currently ship to Canada and a handful of higher-volume international locations for a custom shipping fee and handle all other non-U.S. orders by individual request via email at info@beyondtech.us.
If you let us know what you'd like to purchase, we'll do our part to get you the best ship rate possible and provide a quote for review.
Customs and duties (Fees)
Please note that you will be responsible to pay any duties and customs generated in the course of delivering your package. These are completely in the hands of the customs authorities of your home country and rates and fees are not available for us to quote or estimate.
As a matter of policy to protect our relationship with the various customs agencies, we DO NOT alter the value of your package. We apologize, but we can’t risk our business.

Return Policy
How is the Beyondtech premium warranty?
Beyondtech offers a 30-day money back return policy. If the items haven’t been opened or touch or if it is proven they don’t work as described in the website, within the 30 days of receiving them, customers may return them and be awarded with a full return.
Also if you ordered the incorrect items, you could return them for an exchange.
If you want to initiate a return, Contact Us at info@beyondtech.us and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA Form) and ship the products.
You haven't received your refund yet?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How about Exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
