OM2 Fiber Patch Cables by Beyondtech: Work. Faster. Sooner

OM2 Fiber Patch Cables comes with an orange color jacket and they have a core size of 50 (µm). It a Laser-Optimized with 500/500 MHz/Km OFL at 850/1300 nm. Although it was used for some LED applications, technically an OM2 Fiber Patch Cables can be used together with OM5 Cables without any issues (They share the Core and the Laser-optimized core).

It supports 10 Gig Ethernet at lengths up to 82 meters but is more commonly used for 1 Gigabit Ethernet applications.  Both OM1 and OM2 Fiber Patch Cables are used in Short-haul networks, Local Area Networks, and Private Networks.
