Shipping Policy: Work FASTER: Sooner


In Beyondtech, we pride ourselves in not only designing and manufacturing top-notch Telecom solutions, but we are also able to distribute them globally. We have made sure to work with the best carriers to guarantee that any item that you have purchased from us arrives promptly to your destination.


If you live in the United States and you have made an order that exceeds $100, then we are delighted to inform you that your shipping will be free. And if you happen to be at a remote location and you are not really sure if we are able to deliver your order there, then feel free to reach out to us, explain your situation to us and we will do our best so that we can make it possible.

  • Multiple shipments for a single purchase
If your order contains several items, then it is very likely that some of those items will be sent from different places in several packages in order to provide the smallest amount of delivery time. In other words, you might get a couple of items than the rest of the order. This does not absolutely mean that your order is incomplete, it just means that those couple of items have been sent from a particular warehouse and thus have arrived earlier than the rest of your order, which should arrive soon as well.
  • Inventory (+100K Pieces Ready to GO!)

In order to provide the best customer experience we can offer, we have to make sure that our inventory is operating at an optimal level. To achieve that, we have an automatic order processing system that enables us to guarantee that the items that you want to order are hopefully available at all times. Nonetheless, some of those items may not be available at the moment of your purchase. That does not mean that you can’t get them from us.

We insist: we want to hear from you. If you find out that we have run out of stock for some of our items, then please be clear that that is a temporary situation. We can assure you that we will be working hard to put them back in stock and in case you need them urgently, please also reach out to us to see how we can work around it and find a solution for you.

  • Delivery to all America.

All orders above $100 receive FREE SHIPPING. There is a standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) with a flat cost of US $8.99 for all other orders and an expedited delivery (2 days Shipping) for a flat US $19.99. (From stock from EU we should apply US$ 19.99). It may take 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

  • Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at before 5 pm the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12am and 7am GMT, as it will already be in processing or shipped. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address. 

  • International Taxes and Duties

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, fees, local taxes and any other fees charged by your country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by We ship international packages DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid".

If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs and for your to receive your package. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

  • Use of PO Boxes or a third-party shipment service

We do not send to P.O Boxes. Beyontech, Inc. Is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once a third party is involved in the shipping process. A claim must be filed with the responsible carrier in order to receive a credit for lost or damaged products.
