COVID19 - Update
In order to contribute to the huge global effort on social distancing we feel it is best that our Madrid and Miami Headquarters will be closed to visitors from the end of March for the time being.
Our online business continues as normal with measures in place to protect our customers, suppliers, staff and families.
If you need any advice, quotes or information just get in touch. We are on hand to help by phone or email.
Our suppliers are making special efforts to ensure production and delivery are not affected.
Our own administration office and warehouses will continue to operate with additional safeguards in place.

UPDATE FROM UPS (Our Logistics Carrier):
Suspension of Service Guarantee:
Effective March 24, 2020 and until further notice, the UPS Service Guarantee is suspended for all U.S. origin shipments (U.S. Domestic and International) at any service level. As the effects of the Coronavirus impact our infrastructure, we will continue to seek guidance from local, state, and national government entities to ensure that we fully align with their regulations while continuing to meet the service levels you have come to expect. We are committed to continue operating globally except where constrained by government restrictions.
UPDATE FROM OUR CFO (Luis Cardenas): 15/12/2020
Our online business continues as normal with special measures in place to protect our staff (California and New York) and their families, we now have additional inventory in different warehouses, so we could plan our logistics more efficiently. We can assure we will do our best to keep the promise of working faster.
